For the best experience on our virtual conference platform, we strongly recommend using the latest versions of one of the following browsers on desktop:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Apple Safari
  • Mozilla Firefox

The platform also fully supports the latest versions of these browsers on Android and Apple mobile devices and tablets. If your device is less than 3 years old, you should have no issues accessing the platform.

Note: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge (legacy versions), or Opera, you may experience functionality issues.

Internet Download Speeds

Playback quality depends on your available download speed. Internet speed can vary based on Wi-Fi strength, number of connected devices, time of day, and your Internet service provider.

Desktop Operating System & Browser Requirements

You should use one of the following browsers on:

  • Windows 7 or later
  • macOS Sierra (10.12.6) or later

Supported browser versions:

  • Chrome v30+ (automatic updates)
  • Firefox v27+ (automatic updates)*
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari v9+

*Note: H.264 video (required to view Vimeo videos) is only supported in Firefox for Windows 7 and later. Firefox on Windows XP is no longer supported.


Firewalls and Whitelisted Domains

If you are accessing from a corporate, academic, or restricted network, the following domains should be whitelisted:

  • *.vimeo.com
  • *.vimeocdn.com
  • *.magisto.com
  • *.akamaized.net
  • *.cloudfront.net

Mobile Devices

  • Android version 5.0 (Lollipop) or later
  • iOS version 12.4 or later

Blackberry and Windows Phone: These devices may support HTML5 video playback, but this environment is not officially tested, and support is not guaranteed.

Samsung users: The Samsung Internet Browser is not supported for Vimeo Live. Please install Google Chrome instead.


Where Can I Download the PDF Slides?

Click on the “Syllabus” tab located on the menu bar. We recommend downloading course materials ahead of time and using a compatible device to review them.


Recorded Lectures

Recorded lectures will be available for on-demand viewing after the live session has concluded. Access will be provided through the same virtual platform. The length of time recordings remain available may vary depending on your registration type or conference policy.
